La Miel Peru Washed Gesha

This clean and delicate washed Gesha from La Miel is a wonderful showcase of well processed and grown coffees from Peru! In the cup we find sweet citrus, tropical acidity, and floral honeysuckle, all tied to a sweet and silky finish. When the cup begins to cool, the cup is well articulated with mandarin orange acidity becoming structured and a high clarity presentation of tropical fruits appearing. The acidity is then harmoniously tied to a silky, clean, and floral finish making the cup super easy to drink.

 

This roasting style is found in many of Regalia’s coffees making the experience extremely enjoyable and approachable . This is a coffee that will benefit from extended periods of rest and can be enjoyed with many brew methods!
