Introducing Good Company! Our daily driver single origin coffee that tastes great black or with milk. This is a washed coffee from Mexico that has a classic flavor profile of Chocolate, Caramel, Hazelnut, with a sweet apple and citrus acidity.
We aimed for a medium/medium-dark roast profile for maximum approachability and for it to be able to stand up in milk. You should find a balanced profile of chocolate alongside the Hazelnuts. Good Company also performs wonderfully as a base for your espresso drinks and tastes great when pulled.
For best results, we recommend you rest this coffee for at least 2 weeks!
